Bilingual - English and Canadian French
The Reservation System now supports Canadian French as well as North American English. The system can be set to default in either language, and
the Registered Users themselves can choose the language with which they interact with the system.
The language choice appears not only on the standard system screens, but extends to reports, e-mail confirmations and the like.
Scheduled Return Times
 When an aircraft is booked out, the Pilot or Student have to enter their estimated return time. If they are late, Dispatch is alerted and
the colour of the line on the booking sheet changes. If they are over half an hour late, the CFI is notified (by e-mail or SMS).
 The
system displays the sunset time - in UTC and in local time
for your site - at the top of every booking page, and on
the daily flight sheets. Additionally, bookings that occur
either partially or fully during official night are shaded
slightly when compared to daylight bookings. And to really
help with the planning of night flights, a link to the moon's
phase - as well as the rise and set times - appears at the
top of every booking page.
