Flight-Sheets allows Dispatchers,
Instructors and the Students
and Renters to generate a variety of system
reports:
List Booked Flights
Any registered user of the system (students, renters, instructors
or dispatchers) can list all of the bookings for a given
student for a given date range.
List Completed Flights
Any registered user of the system (students, renters, instructors
or dispatchers) can list all of their completed flights
for a given day.
List System Users
Dispatchers and Instructors can generate a list of all active
system users1.
This list shows the users' member numbers, their system
status (whether they are auser, a dispatcher, or an instructor),
and their contact phone numbers. The Dispatcher can send
an e-mail to a specific user by clicking on the e-mail link
beside their name.
Display Cancelled Bookings
Instructors and Dispatchers can display all instructor and
aircraft cancellations for a given day. The report will
indicate which cancellations were "late cancellations"
(i.e., cancellations done within the "late cancellation"
period.
Show the Audit Trail
Dispatchers and Instructors can display the Audit Trail
- which shows almost all system activities - for a given
date range.
Customized Reports
Finally, the Flight-Sheets development team is fully prepared
to create any other system reports your particular operation
