What This Privacy Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy covers the treatment of personally identifiable information that is collected in order to allow you to use the On-Line Reservation System.

When you register to use the On-Line Reservation System, we ask for your name, membership number, email address, postal code, and phone numbers. Once you register with the On-Line Reservation System and sign in to the service, you are not anonymous to us.

also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from you when you book aircraft and/or instructors (including when you place yourself on standby for those aircraft or instructors), and when you cancel or change those bookings.

uses information for two general purposes: to fulfill your booking requests, and to contact you about changes and enhancements to the system.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.

will only send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:

• We need to share your information to provide the booking service you have requested;
• We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of to provide the service to you (for example, the developer of the on-line reservation system). • We find that your actions violate our usage guidelines for the on-line reservation system.

Cookies

The On-Line Reservation System may set and access its own cookies on your computer for the purposes of session control (i.e., to remember who you are while you are logged into the system). Also, a random cookie is created if you use the 'remember me' function - this cookie is destroyed and recreated each time you visit the site.

The site will continue to function if you turn off cookies. However, the 'remember me' function will not work.

The site does not use 'tracking cookies' (i.e., cookies that are distributed, shared, and read across two or more unrelated web sites for the purpose of gathering information or to present third-party customized data to you).

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences

The On-Line Reservation System gives you the ability to edit your own account information at any time.

If you delete your account, all of your account information will be removed except:

• Your User ID
• Your Name
• Your Historical Bookings and/or flights

Security

Your Account Information is password-protected for your privacy and security. We do not know your password - it is kept in our database in an encrypted format that we cannot decrypt.

The On-Line Reservation System itself uses industry-standard TLS encryption to protect data transmissions.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Policy may be edited from time to time. If we make any substantial changes we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages.
