Pricing

Just as with all other aspects of Flight-Sheets, the designers of the system solicited feedback from representative end-users when it came to designing Flight-Sheets' pricing schemes.

  • Flight schools are generally frugle operations - Flight-Sheets must be very economical
  • Flight training can be seasonal, and is certainly weather-dependant - a school should only pay for Flight-Sheets as it is used ("pay as you go"), instead of incurring disproportionate bills in lean months
  • There should be a fee cap - a maximum monthly fee payable even if the flight operation has an extraordinarily good month.
  • Invoicing Terms must be flexible
  • Payment Terms must be flexible

A Pay-As-You-Go Approach

The Flight-Sheets system uses a unique tarrif-based approach. A small fee is incurred each time an instructor or aircraft is booked (and is removed if the instructor or aircraft is cancelled) - fees are only incurred if resources are booked1.

Fee Cap

Flight-Sheets' pricing schema uses a Fee Cap to ensure that an extraordinarily good month on your part does not equate to an extraordinarily high invoice for the Reservation System.

The Fee Cap is calculated by multiplying the total number of instructors and aircraft listed in the Flight-Sheets system by a set constant (which is djusted yearly).

If the Pay-as-you-go costs come in higher than the price cap amount in a given month, the price cap is the amount that appears on the invoice.

Adjusted Yearly

Additionally, the Price Cap constant is adjusted on a yearly basis, based on your operation's actual volumes.

We will look at your operation's lowest volume month and, assuming the Pay-as-you-go amount is lower than the existing price cap, we will adjust your price cap downward.

This way, your invoice will never increase, and will probably decrease on a yearly basis.

Flexible Invoicing

You will normally be invoiced for use of the system on a monthly basis. However, if you require alternate arrangements (quarterly, seasonally, or even yearly), these requests are easily accomodated.

Please contact us with your specific invoicing requirements.

Flexible Payment Plans

Payments are also tailored to your particular requirements. Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer, automated withdrawal, or by other means (including Internet payment proxies such as PayPal).

You will find our Payment Terms also very flexible. Please contact us to discuss your operation's particular requirements.
